Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Clapton Craft, Hackney. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Wow, the Nelson character in this is incredible, ditto the Motueka. The nose has tons of that classic ’pissy’ scent I associate with the Nelson hop, along with melon, tangerine, and lemon, mellow pine and pale bread. Lightly sweet with the perfect amount of pale, bready sugars to support the beautifully layered onslaught of Nelson Sauvin hops. Plenty more cat pee, ripening Meyer lemons, grapefruit, peach, nectarine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp and lightly resinous on the finish, with lip-smacking hop intensity, lots of more urine, melon, citrus fruits, pale malts, very slight cleansing minerality. This one is a stunner all around. And at sub-5%, it’s all the more impressive to have such depth of character. Outstanding.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and slightly herbal, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple and coconut, a touch of mango. Taste is citrusy and tropical fruit hoppy, notes of mango and passion fruit, some pineapple, a mild touch of cococnut. Very refreshing, nice tropical composition.

Bottle from Bitter Virtue, Southampton. It pours hazy golden amber with a thick white head. The nose is fresh tropical fruits, papaya, guava, tangerine, mango, white grape, light grassy/dank vibe and a hint of spring onion. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, dank, guava, papaya, pithy lime, light spice with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. I’m not sure on that touch of spring onion, but other than that it’s good.
