330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma, notes of grass and green fruit, kiwi, green apple, grapes, biscuity pale malty background. Taste is dry hoppy, fruity, slightly grassy, hints of green apple parings, unripe kiwi, grapes, biscuity pale malty basis with minimal remnant sweetness, some grassy hoppy spiciness.

20th June 2016
Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops. Hazy gold beer, massive pale cream colour head. Fluffy palate, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Nice Nelson grape and gooseberry. Less welcome apple. Semi sweet floralness. Trace of hop spice. But for the apple, could have been a corker.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with medium white head. Aroma is dank tropical fruits and grapefruit. Taste continues, with a good juicy character, some pithy lemon rind, mango, tangerine and lime. Quite pithy and bitter, but enough fleshy fruit to keep things moving. Nice.

Bottle from Bitter Virtue, Southampton. It pours hazy golden amber with a thick white head. The nose is fresh tropical fruits, papaya, guava, tangerine, mango, white grape, light grassy/dank vibe and a hint of spring onion. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, dank, guava, papaya, pithy lime, light spice with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. I’m not sure on that touch of spring onion, but other than that it’s good.
