Bottle with the label ’produced’ and ’bottled in the Phillipines’ as well as the import tag. 5%ABV. Purchased at an Asia shop in Frankfurt, Germany. Pours clear gold with a white head that soon fades. Aroma is vaguely of sulfuric, kind of gunpowdery, with a motley assortment of other things thrown in: grass, plastic, fresh glue. Taste is mildy sweet with a rough alcohol undertone that, while subtle, remains noticeable. Body is light. Palate is a bit watery, which is probably a good thing with this mess. Overall this fails my ’do no evil’ test. It’s not just uninspired and poorly put together, but actively unpleasant to drink. Never again.

320ml bottle. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma: sweet pale malts, grainy. Taste: sweet grainy malt, corn. Light bodied, average carbonation. Standard lager, sweeter than it needs to be but at least it’s better than San Mig Light and doesn’t suffer from skunking.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with one finger frothy white head, retention is actually not bad. Aroma: pale malts, cereal, the beginnings of skunkiness. Taste: light sweet malt, faint fruity note, strange aftertaste. Light watery body, average carbonation. Overall a very weak lager, acceptable for washing down spicy food but on it’s own this wouldn’t be good.

330ml bottle picked up just for the country rate to be honest. Pours clear golden orange with a thin white head disappearing immediately. Aroma: sweet malt, grainy. Taste: same as the aroma, sweet, malty, grains, some alcohol, slight metallic, strange aftertaste. Light body and fairly low carbonation. Nope, not an enjoyable drink, poured half of it away.

The Thai version of it (think this is correct?) From local restaurant in Kamala. Light orange with small head. Aroma and taste of bland malt, cardboard and light hints of bread. Meh.
