Clear reddish brown color with an ample tan head. Sweet roasted malt nose is pleasantly subtle. Slightly bittersweet roasted malt has chocolate notes. Nice body and complexity.

From historic notes, bottle during stay in Davao, Philippines. Clear pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grassy hops, malt, and alcohol. Medium sweetness, light body, average carbonation, bitter alcohol finish. Quite enjoyed at the time.

From historic notes, bottles drunk in Davao, Philippines. Poured a light golden colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of sweet malts, corn-chips and citrus hops. Light-medium body. Light dry bitterness in finish.

The Philippines’ standard lager, with pale yellow blonde colour and frothy head. Grainy, clear corn presence but not the somewhat more refined rice I’m used to from Asian lagers, mild aromatic hops. Thin and bland, but I had worse among similar European brews.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with a small, creamy, short lived, beige head. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel and dark fruit. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel and brown sugar. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation.

330 ml bottle. Pale straw gold color. Large foamy white head. Light grainy malt nose redolent of corn. Sweet malt flavor with more corn. Light body and flavor. Just a whisp of dry hops in finish. Not much going on here.
