A hazed orange saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light tea notes, earl grey, hibiscus flower, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, hibiscus, tea, oily mouthfeell yet powdery, pleasant. Bottle from LCBO.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light pink grapefruit, OK. Cask Days 2015.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light talcum, light mineral notes, faint acidity, nice. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2015.

Bottle - Sweet caramel and citrus. Clear copper with a small head. Sweet caramel and citrus with a sweet finish. Sweet, but not bad.

Bottle - Lots of roast and vinous notes with dark chocolate. Jet black with a rich brown head. Lots of bitter roast, vinous notes and a bit thin with a long vinous bitter finish. This could stand some age to mellow. Strong bones, just not ready yet.

Draft - Pear, vanilla and sweet malts. Clear gold with a rich white head. Vanilla, grains and a little astringent bitterness. Interesting, but only once.

Draft - Light citrusy sweet and butterscotch. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Biscuity sweet malts and a clean finish. Boring but easy drinking. Sweet like all the beers.

Draft - Sweet, light soapy and light malts. Cloudy golden brown with a rich white head. Sweet honey notes, light banana and a long finish.

Draft - Herbal, pine and lime. Clear gold with a rich white head. Sweet, light herbal and citrus notes. Very sweet and not as light and refreshing as I would like for the style.

Draft - Very sweet butterscotch/caramel and some sweet hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet, very fruity, mango and a light sweet finish. Very sweet, but pleasant.
