At Long Live, we’re all about the beer – and chill taproom vibes. Our space is about community: where you’re bound to run into an old friend, or make new ones.
It’s all about the beer
We brew every drop of beer we serve here. We constantly evolve our menu because we never stop exploring what’s possible – and revisiting favorite profiles from the past. Most of our product is available only in the taproom – so come often to enjoy the latest.
We are hop-focused, but continue to explore the spectrum of styles that we love to drink. We’ve introduced over 40 new beers in 2018, and will be rolling out an expanded facility + barrel aging program in 2019, along with new partnerships and events that celebrate the collaborative nature of Providence.

Can (9/4/24) from Andover Classic Wines. Opaque, bright yellow with tons of sparkle, thin head with fair retention and nice soapy rings of lacing. Aroma is citrus and herb. Taste is strong citrus and cracker. Smooth texture, average carbonation and crisp, dry finish. Decent enough but not an LL stand out.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, very mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth creamy sweet malts, very slightly thin. Light cooling pine. Good rounded and reasonably bright hop fruits, bright orange - tangerine - mandarin, whisper of sweetish grapefruit and a forensic trace of mango. A mild savoury skunk and a touch of hop spice. Light finish. Smooth and yet nicely rounded. This went down particularly easily!
Macus, kloorine, puuviljane, tsitrus, laktoos. Ok.

Can at home, from Craft Central Dublin, 24/11/24. Murky orange topped with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is ripe tropicana, papaya, melon, pineapple, mandarin, soft malts, lychee. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine resin, mango flesh, papaya, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost. Solid easy drinking DIPA.

Bottle, shared with MiroB and Hrvoje. Brown with almost no head. Caramel, touch of toffee, dried fruit, dates, pear brandy. Quite sweet, even a bit syrupy.
