On tap at Mikkeller Bar. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste some hops and apples. Refreshing and nicely drinkable. Not that sweet and with a slightly funky finish.

Bottle at Capitol Cider, pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Nose is very dry, with a light champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is quite dry and sparkling, with very dry apples, with a light spritziness. Well-constructed, with a light crisp finish. Very nice.

Bottle sample at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Very pale golden, white-wine-like color, slightly hazy. Aroma of pears, some green apples, a light sugary hint and some sulphur. Flavor has light sweetness at first, but quickly turns dry and mildly sourish, with pears, some apples and a slightly astringent finish. Refreshing.

Bottle from Bottle Shop at West Kowloon Promenade. Aroma of hops and apple - hard to tell where one begins and the other ends. Never had something like this before. A sour almost metallic taste - though not as unpleasant as that sounds. Nice though.
