Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Tom L. Clear yellow. Aroma of apples, citric note, light herbal hint. Sweetish flavor, slightly tart, with apples, citric note. OK, not a lot of tea though.

Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes quickly The aroma is oak, rubber, apple skin. Thin body, oak, apple, light tartness, dry finish, good.

Bottle at Hair of the dog, Bangkok. Clear light golden with a very short lived white head. Aroma of tart green apples with a very light funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear yellow colour. The aroma is big sweet apple, yeast with a light crisp watery dry light acid apple light woody palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at Mikkeller Bangkok. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of sweet red apple, a nice soft funk and some tart green apple. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above light sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle as "Hopped Up Pippin". Clear golden colour, minimal white head. Aroma is apples with a good hop presence, slightly vinous too. Taste follows suit, ripe apples and a nice amount of tropical/citrus hops, vinous, dry finish with a light hop bitterness. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Awesome cider, loved the addition of hops.

330ml bottle. Clear pale yellow/straw colour, minimal white head. Aroma of nice ripe green apples. Taste is the same, sweet but with a slight bitterness, finish is dry. Light-medium body, soft carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.

W smaku zywica drzew iglastych, jablka kwasne, nieco szarlotki i nalesniki z jablkami. Owocowo chmielne, dlugi wytrawno-gozki finisz, dlugo zalegajacy w ustach. Ciekawe podejscie, Nietypowe wrazenia piwno - cydrowe.
