Bottle from World Beer Market. Zeffer Hopped up Pippin Cider 5.8% I’ve been looking to try a cider that has been dry hopped. It pours a deep clear shining gold. The aroma is a herbal, spicy almost sweet tart like hippy aroma that pretty much overpowers the apple. Very seltzer like carbonation on a light body. The taste is tart, sweet, a bit candyish with a mild fruity hop bite. It’s interesting and quite good but I feel this particular blend of hops & cider clash more than complement each other. Alright.

Clear pale light yellow color with a small, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, citrus - zest, lemon lime zest. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dry, apple juice with lemon zest, light tart zest, lemon lime zest. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
