250ml bottle from Carrefour. Pours a very dark amber with reddish hints, thin off-white head. Sticky sweet nose. Rich dark fruit concentrate coming through strong.. excessively sweet.. a touch boozy.. cloying almost.. lacks finesse.

Aroma of vinegar, green apples, candy sugar. Flavour is sugary sweetness and tartness. I prefer my Lambic sour and found the added sugar a detriment. Perhaps I’m just not a fan of this style.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce segni di fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è discreto e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano caratteristiche di miele, lampone, agrumi, fragola e pesca sciroppata.

Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è moderato e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pesca e sour.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è rosso rubino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro non è invadente. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di zuccherino, miele, agrumi, sour, ribes, arancia amara, limone e mandarino.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di mela bianca. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano sentori di zuccherino, miele, mela e mela verde.

Aroma of sour fruits, sugar, white wine, light oak notes, slight funk. Flavour is sugary sweet and fruity sour. Okay, but I wish this was more sour and less sweet.

Gentle aroma of fruits, oak, apricot, white wine, hint of funk. Flavour starts out tart and evolves into a medium sourness. Quite enjoyable Geuze.

Aroma of sweet cherries and slightly tart cherries. Flavour is massively sugary sweet and only lightly tart. If I have to say one positive thing about this beverage, it’s that the body is nice and thick. As for the rest, very disappointing sweetened mess.
