Reddish pour. Thin foam around the rim. Sweet flavor of raspberries and grapes with a hint of apple. Scattered lace around the glass. Very refreshing.

Clear rose amber with a good cm of white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of old lemon, the whitewashed laundry, berries, medium sherry, oak. Moderately sour. Quite deep sherry and some leather notes with caramelized berries under a nice citrusy lightening touch (surely there is more than enough younger lambic than required to get the bubbles) and a fairly heavily oaked finish. Sophisticated yet almost swiggable.

0.25l bottle. Aroma of pineapple, mango, apple and biscuit. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin quickly diminishing white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts sweet malty and juicy fruity, following is slightly grassy, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is very mild bitter. thanks omhper! Ambery golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is peach, some tart wood with mild herbal tones. Flavour is peach, tart wood, some mild citrusy and funky tones with mild earthy tones. Pleasant!

Light red colour, cloudy, no head. Aroma is intensive strawberry jam, also yoghurt. Medium sweetness, not sour, not bitter. Medium body, medium carbonation. Not bad, but offers too little.
