Cloudy, pale, no head. Tart, lots of apple, almost cyser at this point. Medium bitterness, fairly tart. Just a lot of things coming together at once here.

Gold, thin head, this has a piney, earthy note, tannins, light bugginess, throw a bit of hop bitterness and citrus in there, too. Lots going on.

Pale and bright with a thin head. Oaky, herbaceous, decently bitter and there's also a whack of brett in there. Complex -the tannins start to clash a little with the residual malt but it's still pretty good.

Pale, with a slight haze. No head. Toasty aroma, biscuity, and that's a lot of the palate, too. Some brett, light tartness, mellow stone fruit notes.

Hazy and pale. What's funny is i get a little jalapeno here on the nose. There's no chile in this beer so it's just a funky ferm thing. Slightly yeasty on the palate, not bad, and the beer comes together with a fair bit of funk.

Hazy pale. Light brett. There's nice fruits in here. Indistinct. I wrote quince maybe and I was right, but I imagine the name tipped me off. Such genius. Medium body and refreshing.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp quince skins, light oak, and some wild yeast. Flavour is dry, with tons of quince core, some bugginess, and moderate acetic notes. Lots of quince, light wild notes on the finish. Pleasant.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out white wine grape skins, wild yeast and some oak. Flavour is full of earthy twig-like wild yeast, white wine grape skins, and oak. Complex and integrated. Good stuff.

473mL can, pours a clear vibrant orange with a large white head. Nose brings out bright piney hops, resinous, bitter citrus and bready caramel malt. Flavour is nicely hopped, with resinous and piney hops, chewy malt, some light citrus, and bready malt. Piney and resinous, with nice chewy malty and bitter citrusy finish. I don't detect the forger. Nice malty but yet nicely hopped WCIPA. Good stuff.

Poured from the tap. Hazed yellow with small white head. Mild apple and pear, slightly juicy, some underlying lacto, okay.
