Tasting at Ash's, bottle
Black colour, with large brown colour, but short lived, a bit suspicious. Sweet chocolate, quite heavy on the lactose, that gives sweetness but not much depth; lots of vanilla too.
Good, a lot of things going on, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's very complex.

Black colour. Some aroma od burnt wood, and acid. It's sweet and sour, there is some sweet chocolate, hazelnuts. Drinkable. But it's unmistakably infected.
