Smells herbal, citric, rather fragrent, parfumy, flowery. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, earthy, herbal, lime, flowery, minerals, bergamot, thyme, subtle funk. Finishes lightly dry, lightly sour and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus, herbs and flowery notes. lovely one, great complexity, yet also very smooth to drink. great drink.

Pours clear blonde. Medium small , fast fading white head. Scent is full, beautifully complex tartness, vineous, ofcourse. Very, very fine and elegant. Taste is full, tart, beautifull light yet present fruityness. Actually, it's not light in intensity, just in loudness. This is a smooth one. Just about as sour as an elegant beer can be, without going towards the side where sourness takes over the elegance. Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is medium thin , but works very well with the totallity of the beer. The grapes are fairly herbal, raw and even a bit unripe, definately showcasing what in wine would be pounting towards colder climate. This is a very fun one, well surpassing expectations. Culinairy beer for sure.

Pours slightly hazed blonde, small white head fades fast. Aroma has quince taking the lead, Apple burried beneath, riesling is quite hard to find. The basebeer isn't very loud either, showing very mild funk and wood traces. Taste is very dry, and quite harsh. Quince taking the lead once more, but it's not as smooth as I had hoped, at all. Especially for Antidoot, normally THE brewery to bring balance and make blended tastes really work, this is a bit out of the ordinary.

04.Sept. 2022: 0,75l from bottle at Malz, Leuven. Deep red color, small pink head. Smells of berries, jammy, cherries, Raspberries, light joghurt. Lovely smell Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes cherries, raspberries, jammy, marzipan, stone fruits. Finishes lightly sour with notes of raspberries, cherries and marzipan. Very nice one

03. Aug. 2025: 0,75l bottle shared at home. Vintage 2021. Dark red cloudy color, small white head. smells cherries, raspberries, light red wine notes, marzipan. Very nice smell. full body soft carbonation. tastes cherries, marzipan, raspberries, blackberries, general berry notes, light tannins. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of raspberries, blackberries and marzipan notes. Lovely one, this held up great, super super smooth to drink.

From 0,75l bottle at Antidoot in Kortenaken. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, grassy, stone fruits, bit grainy. Lovely smell full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, grassy, bit soapy, herbal, bit peppery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of pepper, grass and earthy notes. Very nice one, very fresh

Bottled 02/2024. amber hazy color, medium big white head. smells herbal, flowery, citric, lemon grass, hay, lime, lovely, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, hay, flowery, herbal, bit earthy, some lemon grass, bit peppery, light thyme. finishes lightly dry and medium bitter with notes of citrus, lemon grass and herbal notes. loved the smell, taste is more on the typical antidoot bitterness, but overall this is a great beer.
