296ml can that pours a clean golden, slightly amber colour with a frothy off-white cap, decent lasting with tiny bubble carbonation, leaving a foamy ring. Not sure if this is supposed to be sour in the nose, but it is. Like, contamination from another wild ale previously ?? Still, it works. Just no sweetness in the aromas. A little malty. The taste shows a tad sweetness, but the overall flavours are mild. Again, malty and floral from the hops. Not bad, but not what I was expecting - especially for mead.

Can. Pours a clean golden colour with a big bubbly-frothy off-white cap, nicely lasting a while and leaving soapy lace. Sweet nose at first from the wheat, then showing banana notes, some cloves and hints of bubblegum. The hop take over in the taste, like the Pale Ale side it has. Not too bitter, with a nice dryness in the finish. The wheat which goes in the back lingers at little on the tongue with the banana and spices, all blended with the average grassiness. Gets hazy at last pour. A nice American Wheat beer.

Can from the LCBO. Clear reddish brown with a one finger cream coloured cap that fades quickly leaving tight lace. Nose is roast nut, caramel, chocolate, light honey. Light+ honey and caramel sweetness with a medium- dark chocolate and grass bitterness. Mouth is medium- and creamy with soft carbonation and a dry finish. 7/3+/7/14-

Pours a copper colour with amber highlights. The head is big, frothy-creamy, beige coloured with average retention and creamy wavy lacing. Coffee nose over roasted malts with lots of sweetness from all of the malts. Hints of maple syrup. The taste shows coffee again, but the hops come in to cut the sweetness and create a nice dryness. Some coffee grain tartiness lingers on the tongue. Roasted malts form the base. Again, not sure about the style - Honey Brown Ale, but as a roasty darker ale, fairly good.

A cream ale brewed without corn, heh ? Lots of hops in the nose on top of that. Grassy notes over light caramel malt sweetness. Hints of apple peel. The taste shows the hops lighter, but giving that burnt leaves touch. The malts are almost like pilsner, very mild and a little spicy. A light fruitiness lingers. Clean (a tad unfiltered at last pour), light golden colour with a big white cap, good retention and some foamy lacing. Not really a cream ale, but a decent Ale.
