We have been best friends of over 30 years, and Container has been our dream for many years. We have been literally building this thing with our barehands, shedding blood, tears and sweat while sharing laughs on the daily. There's never a dull moment here at Container.

The dream is now a reality that is taking shape. We look forward to sharing the results of our hard work with you!

As outdoor enthusiasts we like to get out and experience the world; this is the thinking behind Container Brewing. We want to give people the ability to enjoy good beer anywhere by providing you with only cans of our best products.

We’re building a lounge where you can sit and drink your beer, have a bite to eat, while enjoying good conversation. Our unique space will have you thinking about where to sit before you even arrive.

Our Head Brewer, Tim Juul, comes to Vancouver with a different perspective. His brewing techniques, and recipe styles, come from his experience in the New England area. We love what he's done for us so far and we know you will too.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 04/12/22). Hazed gold with small white head and a fair bit of sediment. Sweat, pine, and citrus hops. Could have a touch more depth, but that could be age, dry finish. Decent.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense rye, earthy notes, and light spiciness. Flavour is full of rye, earthy notes and rustic saison yeast. Rustic, earthy, and citrusy. It's alright.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow, tiny head. Aroma brings out buggy, rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very dry and somewhat harsh, with harsh grainy notes and rustic saison yeast. Grainy and dry, but without any complexity whatsoever.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and light rustic notes. Flavour is dry, with rustic saison yeast, a hint of citrus, and light oak. Rustic, citrusy and lightly funky. Pleasant.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Pale blond colour, between cloudy and murky. Aroma of citrus fruit, light grapefruit, touch of tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is lean, too dry, so the oats become a bit harsh, chalky; and the lack of sweetness also mutes the juiciness of the hops, what is left is some citrus peel.
Dirty Hazy.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold-blonde with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, peach, light funk and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, tangerine, grapefruit peel, peach, light funk and floral hops in a crisp, dry, slightly sour finish. Light body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Light but flavourful.

Soft gold body and modest foam. Smells of very soft floral hops, too weak. Taste is okay cracker, sweet hops, ending a little too wet. Average, everything could be more bold.

Weak clear gold body and almost zero foam. Aroma is pretty good piney hops, slight lemon zest. Taste is nice lemony pine, slight hints of malt, finishes with good oiliness but a little thin. Not bad, hardly memorable.
