Good deep copper body and modest foam, caramel and sweet hops on the nose. Flavour is floral hops and rancid honey with some brown sugar hints. Full on the mouth like cotton balls. A miss in many ways.

750mL bottle, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma is very herbal and vegetal, with subdued bourbon barrels. Flavour is just wrong, with vegetal notes, subdued bourbon, and a little roast. Too vegetal and herbal. I had high hopes for this after the recent two small-batch imperial stouts from Electric Bicycle on tap, but this is messed up.

Taster on Weathered. Appearance: brown, beige head. Aroma: strange lscto and meaty notes, roasted malts and some booziness. Taste: burnt sugars, roasted malts, some medicinal notes. Overall: this is bot good at all.

Bright sweet hoppy beets aroma, has good deep pink body and some soft foam. Flavour is bright sweet citrus with lemon and beets, well balanced and quite nice to drink. Crisp mouthfeel and modest oiliness. There's very good balance here, a more citrusy attempt on the beet beer that is working well.
