On tap at Tinhouse, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, some roast, and dry cocoa. Flavour is full, with earthy dry roast and bitter cocoa. A little bitter for a porter but it works alright.

On tap at Tinhouse, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out diacetyl, English hop, and biscuity malt. Flavour has bitter, resinous hops oils, and biscuity malt. The butter is a bit intrusive, but it's not too bad.

On tap at Tinhouse, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out spicy peppercorn, rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is spicy and rustic, with peppercorn, spicy rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Spicy, dry, grainy palate on the finish. Well-made.

Smells of chewy caramel, soft hops, slight candied cabbage with good foam on a deep coppery clear gold body. Flavour is smooth creamy malt, sweet hops, sugary milk, takes a bit to get used to, some hazelnut notes. There's nice lingering hazelnut, the abv very well hidden. Not what I expected but still clean and drinkable.

Smells of nice sharp hops, soft pineapple and pine. Has very good foam on a soft cloudy yellow body. Flavour is nice resin and pine, soft fruit notes. Good oiliness on the mouth. It's clean, an above average local IPA.

2020-09-28, can from the brewery, 7-2-7-2-13=31
Tag 05/07/20, so there's a risk this beer is 4.5 months old; it's murky, filthy and dull, it already looks oxidized, light brown. The aroma is not bad, still some stone fruit, some malt. The first impression of the flavour is negative, oxidized, cardboard; it redeems itself a bit, later, with some piney resins combined with the malt sweetness. Always been in the fridge, it shouldn't decline so fast.

The hops are more pungent, but also quite juicy, accent on tropical and piney notes. The body is robust, it doesn't have chalky traits, but there is some pithy bitterness in the finish.

Murky blond colour. Some aroma of fruit, wilted flowers, rotten fruit, citrus peel. Robust, with mild sweetness, hiding quite well the alcohol; the malt basse is good, the hop has some qualities (mainly piney and bitter citrus), but overall it comes through a little harsh.
Strange choice 75IBU for an East Coast IPA, the look is NEIPA, the hopping is more West Coast.
Aggressive and inelegant, but I like it.

Draught at the brewery
Clean blond colour. Aroma of malt and grassy hops. Nice, chewy malt flavour, crackers, bread, and grassy hops; more bitterness than 15 IBUs suggests.
Round, solid Lager.
