Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with small white head. A bit Bready, a bit grainy with a slight sourdough note. Lacking in hops. It is unique, but not a fan.

Opaque yellow, stark white head. Slightly dank tropical nose. Prickly and fruity with a big burst of lasting hop bitterness

Can from the brewery
Blond, very pale, clean; medium sized head, it doesn't look like Tipopils, even if I tried a semi-aggressive pour. The aroma is very interesting, there are grains, bread, light hay, and a hint of lemony hops. Crisp mouthfeel, a bit too weak though; unusual malt profile, it's very bready, like the oil bread from Romagna; it's moderately bitter (i.e. not bitter enough), with hints of grass, and even lemon-verbena.
It doesn't remind me at all of Tipipils on a good day, completely different profile; but it's an original beer, and must be appreciated for that.

2024-07-01, can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 8-3-8-4-17=40
Some dankness and manure in the aroma. There is some hopburn, and considerable chalk; but it's also quite sweet, full bodied, and with loads of hops; dirty but powerful and enjoyable.

I purposedly rolled the can, so it's actually cloudy; dark blond colour. The aroma is strong, quite dank. Full bodied; moderate residual sweetness, but it feels even less because of the alcohol; there's some starch, some oats cream; massive hop presence, providing tropical juice, resins, some dankness, but also mild hopburn in the finish. And alcohol.
I had cleaner and juicier Triple IPAs, but I can't deny that they did a pretty good job here.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks fiulijn). Cloudy yellow with white head. Juicy citrus and a touch of booze, some harshness on the backend and could use a tad more complexity, but pleasantly surprised from Tinhouse.

16oz on Alex's porch. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: boozy, dank, juicy, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: as usual - a bit too much booze for me here, but overall it is pretty nice.

473 ml can. A gusher on opening. Lost a third. Brewers should be able to control this... Deducting points. Pours an orange/copper with the huge head. Aromas of dried fruit, a bit of orange and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with some dry furity esters and acidic cracked pepper. Odd grainy, industrial cleaner like finish.

Almost black. Thin head. Toasty, lots of sweet malts, bringing nuttiness and dark sugars, then a fair amount of leafy bitterness. This is well balanced, toothy, porter you can spend an afternoon with. This is no holds barred porter, where they are genuinely looking to deliver as much gustatory pleasure as they can in an everyday beer.

Dark brown, medium opacity, no head. Vinegar and acetone up front on the nose -maybe even butyric. On the palate okay definitely butyric, more ropey than a beer this old should be, Zhenjiang vinegar, medium tartness but yeah I'm not going to get past the butyric.
