On tap at The Bakery, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is earthy and murky, with subdued strawberry and jumbled farmhouse character. Flavour is similar, with some obscured strawberry coming through. There's a bit of earthy farmhouse character and a yogurty palate, but the structure is muddy and confused. Needs work.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a cloudy darker orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of lacto and fairly bright apricot. Flavour is more pronounced on the apricot, with lots of jammy apricot, low acidity, and plenty of lacto. Jammy but more dominated by the lacto. The apricot is nice, but the structure of the beer isn't the best. Okay.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has got some rustic saison yeast, a touch of oak, some bugs, and a bit of white wine (from the Hallertau I guess). Flavour reveals those white wine notes upfront, followed by rustic saison yeast, some wild bugs, and earthy grainy notes. Cohesive and complex. I love that white wine character. An experiment that worked well.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma reveals some soft farmhouse notes and gentle spicy pear in good harmony. Flavour is loaded with juicy, spicy pears upfront, with lots of pear skin to follow, and a solid farmhouse character. Those pears are really coming out nicely (are those prickly pears? Seems so). Creamy mouthfeel, as though it were lacto-based, but the wild bugs do come through. Pretty happy with this one.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh lemons upfront, with a little salt, some coriander, and lacto. Flavour is very lemony, with loads of fresh lemon, intense salt, a touch of coriander, and light lacto. The lemons are white puckering and the salt is extremely dominant. I think they actually need to dial back the salt here. Solid overall.

On nitro tap at The Bakery, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose is full of oats, dry chocolate and coffee. Flavour is very creamy, with a real nice interplay between the coffee, chocolate, and hearty oatmeal character. This is so much improved from the crappy, Irish version of this a couple years ago. For a 5.1% stout, the mouthfeel is sturdy and managed to pack a punch. Good stuff.
