Aroma is soft wheat grass. Has a good cloudy yellow body and a bit of white with modest head. Flavour is mellow sweet wheat with nothing behind it. Mouthfeel is crisp and full I suppose - it's a nice soft drinker but not memorable.

On tap at the brewery. Has a perfect light beige nitro head and semi-black body. Smells of good sharp barley but nothing else. Flavour is mellow soft barley and no complexity. Mouthfeel is full at least. This is a serviceable Irish stout but nothing you haven't tasted before.

On nitro tap at Parkside, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a medium beige head. Aroma brings out smooth toasted oats and gentle roast. Flavour is similar, with toasted oats, light roast, and some cocoa. Not much depth but it's clean and eminently drinkable. Solid.

On tap at Parkside, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle dank hops and a dry bready malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle dank hops and dry bready malt. Nothing special here, just a competently made hazy pale.

More of a dull murky amber body with a thick head. Vague nuttiness to the aroma. On the palate, it's husky and a bit nutty. But all told, not much going on. Overattenuated and yeasty and thin.

Near black, with a thick nitro head. Roast first, then black malt, toffee and dark fruits...nice aroma. Sweet up front, light body, again a hint of fruit, roasty black malts. Low bitterness means this is more Cork-style, but really well done.

On tap at the brewery. Appearence: hazy copper with a tan head Aroma: fruity with roasted malt Taste: similar with floral hoppy and roasted malt bitterness Overall: maybe a bit bitter than I would prefer it to be, but it's quite pleasant

On tap at Parkside, pours a hazy amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted caramel, bready malt and a light hopping underneath. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted caramel and bready malt. Dry and crisp, without much depth, even for a brown ale. Meh.

Draught at Parkside, 4.9% ABV (listed)
Brown colour. Roasty and earthy dark malts, weak body, off-dry.
Ok Brown Ale, which doesn't say much.
