Bouteille 650ml. Olfactif très aromatique avec des fruits tropicaux et de forts accents maltés (biscuit, caramel). Des tons de résine de pin et de gazon soutiennent le tout avec de petites notes de mangue en sourdine. Deux doigts de mousse dense sur un liquide doré tirant sur le ambré et très légèrement voilé. Le biscuit du malt ouvre le bal pour introduire l’alcool à la chaleur bien sentie et finalement laisser place à une danse de fruits tropicaux aux allures de pêches et de poires. De légers poivres et une amertume douce de résineux composent la finale. Excellente DIPA. Sur la coche.

Bottle @ home. Brown colour with a small beige head. Smells sweet, sugary, spices, plums. Tastes biscuity, spices.. pretty nice abbey dubbel taste. Medium body, nice carbo.

Bomber. This is part of Lost Coast Labs Experimental Series. This series has shown me what Lost Coast can do which leavese wondering eny their regular line up isn’t better and is just so....? Deep red with a beige head. The aroma is perfumey and floral. The taste is burnt caramel, sweet, some spice and piney hops with perhaps a dash of licorice root. Interesting but perhaps a bit long in the tooth.

Tap @ Kick. Clear reddish amber body with a moderate sized tan head. Really nice raspberry aroma with malt in the background, slightly toasted. Flavor is smooth malt with fresh raspberry, medium sweet and moderate bitterness. Balanced body and long lasting aftertaste with raspberry and malt. A bit one-dimensional but quite nice. The berries are tasting real and distinct, but not too much.

Bouteille. Au nez c’est très agrumes. Citron, pamplemousse. En bouche, c’est léger, mince, aqueux. Pas très savoureux comme bière. Surtout agrumes, pamplemousse, un peu d’épices. Très léger comme gout.
