Black colour, the head is a bit too much, possible sign of infection. The body is not too thin, roasted malt character, light liquorice, some spirit (the bourbon?), there may be a slight infection but it didn't work all its way through, yet.

Black colour, huge head. Rpasty, thin, a bit of burnt rubber, huge carbonation, some coffee. It's not disgusting (yet) but it's clearly infected.

Dark chocolate and burnt wood. Deep jet black brown with a decent beige head. Bitter and carbonated with the same burnt wood notes.

Dark brown. Thin head. This has a light maple note, a bit of chocolate, a bit tart as well. This has a bit of nuance. Overcarbonated, though, and that really distracts from all the flavours.

375mL bottle, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings out burnt wood, roasted malt, and harsh bourbon. Flavour is very harsh, with burnt roast, a brett infection, wood, and burnt rubber. Carbonation is high. This seems like a brett infection. Not as bad as the non-BA version I just had, but it's still problematic.
