Dark toasty aroma, definitely some sort of brett, a bit smokey. Tart, and smokey. Quite carbonated. Decent beer, but way overcarbonated.

Lots and woody bourbon notes. Jet brown with a crazy frothy brown head. Dark roast and a overcharbed bite and a long woody finish. Not broken, but....

A reddish copper Barley Wine with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, wine, grapeskins, alcohol warmth, musty character, very nice. Bottle: Poured a hazy/cloudy bright yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of hay floral notes with light lactose notes and light yeasty ester. Taste is a mix of saison rustic malt with some lactose notes, some hay with a yeasty finish. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Non-typical saison with nice twist and good refreshing factor.
