Tap. Deep brown, tan head. Mocha, gentle brooding dark sugars. Toasty with singed toffee :- layers of darkish malt rather than harder roast. Dryish bitter finish.

Tap at Seoul Gypsy. Cloudy yellowish orange, white head lasts OK. Aroma of mildly funky candied Meyer lemon peel, tropical fruit, lime leaf. Slightly sour, soft, fruity. Dries out with a discreet bitter finish Elegant, modern but not showy. Reminds me of some Dunham saisons.

On tap at the brewery. I did two pours side by side, slow pour and dry pour. It was amazing how different the aroma flavor and mouth feel was. The same beer with different pour styles so awesome to try. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grain some corn husk little vanilla cream. Taste is more of the nice nutty malts and bread.

On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice roast malts some coffee and nuts. Taste is more of the nice rich roast malts very balanced.

29/10/2024. Draft at Seoul Gypsy, Seoul. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sharp citrus, lemon, orange, unripe pineapple, grapefruit, leaf tea, lightly woody and spicy. Moderate sweetness, quite heavily sour. Medium body, average carbonation. Super long tart finish. Very well done.

29/10/2024. Draft at Seoul Gypsy, Seoul. Pours hazy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is passion fruit dominated, with lemon, wheat, a little sherbet. Moderate sweetness, medium passion fruit sours. Moderate body, light prickly carbonation. Perfect for a lover of passion fruit.

Aroma is roasted, chocolate, ripe plum, caramel, dried fruits, slight ashy and liquorice notes. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average to soft carbonation. Decent.
