Draught at Seoul Gypsy, Itaewon, Seoul. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- funky, bacillous, some berries, mirabelles, peach, sea buckthorn, herbal. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, lightly bitter, floral, sea buckthorn, apricot, green leaves, citrusy, a bit funky. Medium bodied. Great.

On tap at Seoul Gypsy, pours a mostly clear copper golden with a medium off-white head. Aroma reveals an earthy hop character, some very faint pine, and dry bready malt. Flavour has an interesting hop expression that apparently is Simcoe, with earthy notes, bready malt and a hint of pine. Unusual hop expression that I'm having a hard time articulating but it works and is balanced well with the malt. Very good.

On tap at Seoul Gypsy, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out intense, crunchy farmhouse notes, earthiness, and some gritty toasted grains. Flavour reveals a nice fruity farmhouse character, some toasted grains, light esters, and some gentle earthiness. Nicely used yeast; the fermentation seems to have gone very well. Very good.

On tap at Seoul Gypsy, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white bead. Aroma brings out bright, soft lemongrass notes, some citrus, and gentle salt. Flavour is tart and floral, with tons of lemongrass, gentle saltiness, lacto, and citrus. Really nice lemongrass character that blends in the base gose. Excellent.

On tap at Seoul Gypsy, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of salty saline notes, lacto and some citrus. Flavour is salty and soft, with lots of saline notes, gently tart citrus, and lacto. Nicely salty, citrusy, and gently tart. Really expertly done.
