Draft - Non syrup version - Light Soured Wheat. Clear gold with a small white head. Soured wheat with a light Soapy note. Bang on without the syrup.

Muddy cloudy, no head, dull hop note, dull hop taste and flabby malts. Damn this is crap. But judging by the concept, they weren't even trying to make something good.

Taster at the Twin Sails brewery. Pours a hazy dirty golden with a white head. Aroma is very weak with some tropical fruits notes. Taste is much more prominent and pleasant with tropical fruits and hoppy bitterness. Pleasant.

You see, when you're having all kinds of problems getting your fermentation right, you probably shouldn't be doing whacky ambitious stuff with esoteric ingredients. Focus on the important stuff, like making a beer that doesn't taste completely green and devoid of any particular malt or hop character. Start with the start. Brewhall in August 2018 is a clinic in how not to make beer.

Dullish blonde. Autolyzed yeast aroma. Dull, flabby malts, autolysis and what else? Yet another beer at Brewhall with significant fermentation issues. I hope that's a summer thing.

Pinky-purplish. No head other than some random scum at the side of the lip. Smells like artificial raspberry. Tastes like sweet, just a touch of tartness but mostly syrup. I would not call this a well-constructed brew.

Cloudy. Quite yeasty, with just a touch of tartness. Wouldn't say there's fruit in here. Just a green, muddled, muddy mess. Rushing things out the door.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy golden colour. Sweetish beer without clear lactose flavour, fruity character without clear mango flavour, very good body strength, enough bitterness, quite clean, and with good balance overall.
Not very bright, maybe a bit heavy, but definitively positive and pleasant.

Murky blond colour. Very yeasty, with some wheat character, chewy mouthfeel, dirty Hefe yeast, very low bitterness, light fruity note not identifiable as nectarine. No acidity, so the Weisse may mean Hefeweizen but not Berliner Weisse.
If you miss to brew a crisp beer, it's hardly a summer beer. Drinkable but rather useless.

Served with drops of Angostura. Cloudy and dull blond colour, creamy head with 3 orange dots (the Bitter). Aroma of Saison yeast, a bit sour, lemon peel. It still has some sweetness. The acidity is mild, the base is bready and doughy, I would say that the fermentation didn't work well; the finish is very metallic, low bitterness, lightly fruity.
Messy beer, WTF indeed; I can't say I enjoy it.
