Bottle pour at East Side Beer Fest. Pours murky pale gold with white head. Spicy saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has peppery saison yeast, gentle floral notes. Simple, but decent enough. Not getting much green tea.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco . La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio: non si surclassano. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo, agrumi e patata dolce.

Can. Lemon and orange hop nose, honey malts, light stone fruit. Clear gold, bright, with a thick low head. Bright and hoppy, light malts, citrus, somewhat bitter finish. Clean and crisp. Good for a convenient store pickup.

Tap (Park Bar). Black, dense beige head. Aroma of bread, gentle roast, chocolate. Creamy. Not all that sweet with gentle roast, modest bitterness. Just wanted a little more of a finish, but not bad.

Tap at Takumi Lot 10. Hazy golden body, thick off-white head. Bit spicy, creamy, vaguely buttery aroma. Dryish taste, light sweetness, dried peach, prickly carbonation, herbal touches, bit tart, clove touvhes, ending dry and bitterish. Average, okay.

Plenty of yuzu for sure. Some perfume, makes the rice come off almost as jasmine rice though I know it's probably not. Hazy golden pour with super fizzy head. Different. Bottle. UT.
