The aroma is malt - driven, cereal, nutty, baked goods, cakey malt, bread, touch herbal, minty and stone fruits. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, aromatic, fragrant, floral, damp grass, herbal, mint, woody, spicy, cereal, nuttiness and earth with a drying, woody finale. Average body and carbonation. A fairly hearty, malt-forward lagerbier. Alright.

Bottle pour at East Side Beer Fest. Pours murky pale gold with white head. Spicy saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has peppery saison yeast, gentle floral notes. Simple, but decent enough. Not getting much green tea.
