Tap (Park Bar). Black, dense beige head. Aroma of bread, gentle roast, chocolate. Creamy. Not all that sweet with gentle roast, modest bitterness. Just wanted a little more of a finish, but not bad.

Tap at Takumi Lot 10. Hazy golden body, thick off-white head. Bit spicy, creamy, vaguely buttery aroma. Dryish taste, light sweetness, dried peach, prickly carbonation, herbal touches, bit tart, clove touvhes, ending dry and bitterish. Average, okay.

Plenty of yuzu for sure. Some perfume, makes the rice come off almost as jasmine rice though I know it's probably not. Hazy golden pour with super fizzy head. Different. Bottle. UT.

Bottle, from Mitsuwa Marketplace, Edgewater NJ (Sept 2024). Pours clear dark brown with ruby red highlights, large foamy dark beige head, dark roasted malt aroma, medium carbonation, bitterish dark roasted malt taste with mocha latte feel, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Smooth and well crafted.

Can from Lawson in Chitose, of all places. Deep orange-amber with a huge head. Nose is caramel, pine, and citrus. Sweet caramel and orange flavor, piny resins. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Tastes like something from 1992.

Poured from 333mL / 11.26 fl oz bottle (lot 41.12.36). Lightly hazed gold with full white head. Lots of herbal green tea, saison yeast, feint pepper. Quite dry. Okay.

Can. This label says 5.0%. Gold, densely packed inch of white head lasts pretty well. Aroma is bready and floral. There's a slight toasty edge and plenty of bitterness. Just disappears. Convincing.

Draft at Takumi, Lot 10, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a big, lasting frothy white head. The aroma is earthy, herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, dry, fresh, herbal tea, light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice, but I’m no big fan of tea infused beers.
