Pale blond colour, cloudy. Nice aroma, tropical fruits mostly, delicate but present. Lean mouthfeel, quite dry; nothing to say about the malt and oats base, some orange peel, but it would need some sweetness to be really juicy; some astringency in the finish; the chalkiness is minimal.

Poured from the tap. Opaque pinkish orange with small white head. Plum and lacto with a hint of cinnamon. Had it not been for the cinnamon, this would just be a forgettable below average kettle sour. That said it’s still not much more than that…

Poured from the tap. Hazy amber orange with small beige head. Very odd, I see the attempt at the Negroni, but they didn’t manage to pull it off. Caramel, bitter orange, juniper berry. Drain pour.
