Pours hazy gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows lime, biscuity notes, doughy wheat and citrus cordial.Flavours include lots of lime, some pineapple, fruit confectionery/cordial. More like lemon/lime squash than anything else.

From gorgeous can. Pours luscious amber. Nose has piney hop notes. Great big malt rush heavy on the caramel. The hops just keep up. Quite a buzz.

Draught at Hawker Hall. Gold with a white head. Aroma has a mixture of tropical and citrus fruit, just a little pine and pepper. Fairly dry and very clean, which makes the moderately bitter finish snap but does emphasise the lack of body. Pleasant and food-friendly hoppy quaffer.

330ml bottle into shaker. Nose has citrus fruit and a touch of bread and pepper, excellent! Hazy pale yellow beer with fulsome white head, high carbonation. It’s spritzy, it’s fruity, it’s bitter, it’s refreshing, it’s a great beer. A lot hoppier than the (few) other wheat ales I’ve tasted.

From a 440ml bottle on 22/11/2015 (shared by Butz, with thanks). Pours a clear dark golden orange with a biggish head which disappears quickly. Has a light, slightly sharp fruity nose. Take a sip and it’s again light and fruity, with lemon a berries, finishing with a modest tart bitterness. Light bodies with moderate carbonation. A reasonably refreshing, straight forward summer quaffer.

From a 440ml can on 1/12/2015. Pours amber with quite a big head. The aroma features fruit, marmalade and honey. There’s lots of sweet dark and stone fruit and marmalade in the mouth, with dollops of toasty malt, and a firm spicy hops at the back. The texture is syrupy and a bit creamy, and the carbonation soft. Bold, complex, lovely.
