2020 edition in a 750ml bottle pouring a hazy amber colour with golden highlights. The head is white, a tad pinkish with a nice creaminess on top left. Some smaller particles are present. Sour aromas of Brett with some decent earthiness, blended with the blackberries. Not as sour in the mouth, not puckering up too much. A little lactose, smooth mouthfeel, but the fruit is nicely balanced between the bacterias. A nice treat to enjoy from time to time.

Can from the brewery that shows haziness helped by the oats and not super filtered. Golden colour with a frothy whitish cap, good stay and some foamy-creamy lacing. Fruity aromas with tropical fruits and some bitter grass. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Citrus and pineapple flavours. Hints of cucumber being refreshing with the grassiness. Another good Double Dry-Hopped IPA from this brewery.

Had late February on tap at the brewery before we could not drink in a bar for this pandemic. Now having in a bottle I purchased at the brewery a few weeks back. Hazy golden-amber with a decent white frothy, almost creamy head leaving a ring around and a few spotted lace. Beautiful fruity aromas with the guava and papaya, all blended with some mild sourness. The mouthfeel has a little tart, and is slightly dry. The taste shows more of the sour side, with a mild base of the fruits, lactose sweetness and yeast tart that lingers. Another good fruity sherbet sour from this brewery. Well-brewed, consistent, if this style is your thing.

Originally reviewed December 27th, 2019 at the brewery. Slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a light-beige smaller head, average retention and spotted lacing. Aromas are mild, with fruity mates and caramel notes. The taste has the base caramel malts with hints of cereal grains. What is really nice is the spicy hops, which are still well-balanced with it all. Lightly dry mouthfeel. A nice Vienna lager, that has enough spicy hops to cut the richness, and make it interesting.

Can that pours a hazy golden colour with a slight orange hue. The head is big, creamy-frothy, white, long lasting, leaving some foamy spots. Big citrus nose at first with the zest bitterness, but then, some sweetness comes out with fruitiness (pineapples, oranges). The taste shows again the citrus and pineapple, but also coconut notes. Some decent bitterness in the middle and hints of alcohol. Smooth mouthfeel and a little warming. A really nice, fruity DDH IPA that is right for these colder nights leaving us.

Cloudy golden-beige colour with a nice whitish creamy head, good stay and lots of dirty lacing. Big citrus aromas with orange notes and zest of these and grapefruits. The taste is mostly the same with decent dry finish. Very refreshing mouthfeel, going down super well. Another great juicy IPA with two hops that go well together.

750ml brown bottle with a light green waxed top. Hazy golden colour with a light amber touch. Fizzy off-white cap that disappear quickly leaving only a few spots of lacing. Pear nose with some notes from the white grapes. The taste shows some sourness, but with nice bitterness in the finish. The Bretts do give some earthiness and wild funk, but nicely blended with the fruit juices and hoppiness. Quite pleasant.

500ml bottle that pours a hazy golden colour with a pink hue. The fizzy white cap is bubbly with average stay and some foam left on the brew. The sourness is very well-blended in nose with the fruit showing the bananas, strawberries and kiwi sour-sweetness. The fruit shines even more in the taste with the sourness coming after on the tongue, and hints of yeast is left. The lactose and vanilla is very mild in here. Big particles go to the bottom at last pour. This is quite a nice fruity kettle-soured beer. Also enjoyed on tap at the launch.

Had September 2018 at the brewery. Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a white cap and light lace. Fruity aromas, but apricot seems quite mild in the mix, with a sign of infection. Also showing this in the taste, but the hops in the finish helps out, lingering with light bitterness, dryness. Nice fruity malt and hints of grains. Not bad overall, but wish the apricot would show more... than the infection notes.
