After two years of having other brewer's Pilsners, they finally brew their own. Slightly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Small off-white head, decent stay and good lace. Cereal malt grain aromas with the nice Saaz hops. The hops are real present in the taste, adding a nice dry finish. Cereal grain base again with some fruitiness, and the Saaz grassing things up. A lightly happier Pilsner, but not too much to kill the malt fruity notes. Very well-brewed and easy to have a few of these.

Originally rated October 2018 on cask at the brewery. Looks like a mix of orange and grapefruit juices together, with cloudiness and actual head and lace, witch is nice for a cask. Smells like their pale ale base with the nice hops and the orange juices come up. These orange juices kicks in even more in the taste, calming the hoppiness a little. A nice twist on their pale ale with more oranges. Not sweet like a sorbet. Pretty good though. A nice mix between a juicy IPA and a pale ale.

Bottle from their 1st year anniversary rated November 2018. Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with a fizzy-frothy off-white cap that goes down and top with a coating. Smells orangy with the zest and hints of grass all giving a little bitterness over the fruitiness. The sourness kicks in taste with the orange notes in the middle and a lingering of yeast on the palate. A nice balance of citrus sweetness and sourness. Just not one of my favourites from them.

On tap on first day and then cans. Cloudy golden-beige with an off-white head, average stay and foamy spot lacing. Loads of fruits in the aromas with the citrus zest, juice, and other tropical fruits from the Enigma hops. When swirled, the grass comes out. The flavours are much milder with some fruitiness, and the bitterness is much lighter. The dryness is still present. Some decent spiciness and warming. Goes down quite easily... almost feels like a 4.5% ABV. in the mouth.

From the can, pours a hazy light golden-beige colour with a big frothy-creamy white head, good retention and lacing. The lime zest is felt first in the nose with hints of salt over the citrusy base. The taste is not too sour from the lemon juice, nicely hopped, but not too bitter. The mouthfeel is quite nice with the mild dryness and lemon juice lingering. Light tart on the tongue. Very refreshing beer, not radler - for summer.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops undertones with huge notes of tropical notes, light dry bitter notes is quite enticing. Taste is also a mix of floral hops undertones with some tropical notes, light dry bitter notes with some faint residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Super enjoyable NEIPA.

A milky yellow ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pineapple notes, resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, pineapple, very nice and juicy.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The head is off-white, frothy, bubbly, average lasting and minimal lacing. Aromas are a mild mix of sourness and apricot. The taste is quite sour and the apricot are milder. Some tart is left on the tongue lingering. The Brett is felt a little in the flavours with some very light earthiness. A nice fruity Berliner Weisse.

Enjoyed on tap at the bar, and now in cans at home. Pours a juicy-cloudy beige-golden colour with a creamy warm cap, long lasting with great lacing. Citrus peel and juices with mild grassiness. The taste has a nice light bitterness with the citrus, grass and mild tropical fruit finish. Nicely dry, but not overly. Lots of residue is left on the bottom, looking like yeast. This one goes down super well and those two hops are so well-blended. An IPA that is not too bitter, not too juicy, but very nicely balanced. I would have any time.

Enjoyed on tap at the bar and now rating a bottle at home. Hazy amber-pink colour with a soapy off-white-pinkish head that does not stay too long, and gives out minimal lacing. Nice nose though with the raspberry and sourness blend well together. The peach and lactose sweetness just adds a hint to balance things. The taste is milder, with the raspberries showing as the stronger fruit. Not much of a finish, but yeast tart lingers on the tongue. Not bad, but wish the taste was a little more potent.
