Pours a slightly hazy deeper amber colour, with a white-ish cap and some decent creamy lace. Nutty, fruity (almost strawberry) malt aromas with some decent maple syrup sweetness in the background. The taste is blended between apple notes and the maple, but not syrupy. More fruity overall. There is a certain nuttiness, toasted malt that lingers. Kind of weird wet socks nose in the finish, at first, but does get better balanced with time.

Can: Poured a bright amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt with some citrusy hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt with some citrusy hops and some bitter notes in the aftertaste. Body is full enough for style with good carbonation. Too much caramel malt with maybe tad too much bitterness for my taste.

Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a nice light-beige creamy head that stays a while and leave fluffy lacing. Pretty yeasty with some caramel and other grainy malts, giving some bread notes. The hops are felt in the taste over the grainy malts that lingers. With time, lots of butterscotch in the nose. Mildly dry mouthfeel. A decent caramel IPA with average hops.

Enjoyed at Pub Italia on AleRider78’s b-day. Pours a clean light golden colour with an off-white head, average retention and a little lacing. Grainy cereal taste with very mild grass in the finish. Fruity and grainy light aromas. A decent, light-tasting, fruity, sweet cereal blonde ale.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a white bubbly head and a little lacing. Cinnamon aromas over the grassy hops with orange notes. The ginger appears after a while. The spices are a little better blended in the taste with the orange taking a little bitterness from the nice hops. The ginger lingers a little. Well-balanced mouthfeel between wet and dry. This is a real interesting brew that works quite well. Hope this can stay in their menu as different from their Class V IPA and all others. Nice for those who are not as big on hopbombs.

On cask at the Arrow & the Loon. Pours a dark brown colour with a bubbly head and some light soapy lacing. Aromas of roasted malts with chocolate notes and some coffee and even nuts. Roasted malt taste that are milder, watery, but fruity. After having some food, maple hints came out. Wet, silky mouthfeel. This is a pretty nice easy-drinking stout.
