Pours a slight hazy golden colour with lots of flakes floating around. Creamy white head with good lacing. Fruity berry aromas with melon notes and grain malts. Again, same as nose for the taste, but milder, so melon is very light with the malts. Pretty refreshing overall with some stickiness. Nicely balanced to be not too fruity.

On cask at Arrow & the Loon, under the name "Dixie Paddler". Pours a hazy caramel amber colour with a warm cap and patchy lacing. Caramel malt aromas with some grassy hops. Banana notes eventually comes out. Mild watery caramel taste at first, but hops come out in the finish. Bitterness get stronger in the aftertaste. Medium-light bodied. Nicely balanced between the caramel and hops.

Can from the LCBO, I had no idea I’d tried this. A deep gold with a honey, grain and mild fruit aroma. The taste is sweet, grainy, honey and a crisp bitterness in the finish. Ok but pretty simple. Now 3.1 out of 5.

On tap at the Ottawa Beerfest. An opaque gold with a caramel butterscotch aroma - diacetyl. The taste is earthy malts & butterscotch. Medium bodied with a rough mouthfeel. It is ok but too much diacetyl. 2.4 out of 5

Decent stout, and the best all around for the line. A little on the dry side, with decent roast malt showing and a little coffee. Thickish texture, black pour with good head and lacing. Soft to light carbonation. Tap at Black Tomato.

A dark brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, grassy chocolate malt with light grassy hops, milk chocolate, not bad. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, a bit weak in body, OK. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

Ok for style. Well balanced, and would be a great session pub ale in the UK. Pours cloudy brown wothout much head or lacing. Some light citrus hops and a pretty good malt profile. Nice crisp barley. Finishes a little bitter. Tap at Arrow and loon.

A hazed golden ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet beanie malt with fruity notes and light signs of infection. In mouth, a rather light watery ale with light mineral water character, boring. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

More like a marzen or light bitter than an IPA. The saaz-hopped pilsener I had before this was more hoppy than this. Pours reddish orange with decent head and lacing. Very light hint of citrus but this is mostly all malt. Very light bitterness for an IPA. Light carbonation. Tap at Arrow and Loon.
