On tap at O.T., pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and resinous hops, bready malt and a little caramel. Flavour is fairly bitter and earthy in the hop department, with lowly sweet malt. Dry and muted. It's not bad, but lacks clarity and character. Okay.

On tap at O.T., pours a hazy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of bourbon, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar and maybe a hint of hop resins left. Flavour is rich and complex, with loads of vanilla and bourbon upfront, without almost any alcohol burn, caramel, and brown sugar. The hops are faint on this BA version. This is fantastic — really great job barrel aging.

Black, thin head. Milk chocolate, fudgey. The malts are a bit husky, but there’s some subtlety from roast notes and gentle fruitiness. Not bad.

Mild, sweet flavour of bready wheat malt and faint red wine in a slightly tart cherry finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation.
