The aroma is dry pasta and dirty socks. Has a dark clearish copper body and very little foam. Flavour is all heavy boozy caramel, it made me shudder. Mouthfeel is all a bad cloying sugar aftertaste. This thing has everything you don't want in a barleywine. Maybe it could be aged to dial down the harshness but something tells me it still wouldn't fix some issues going on.

Sweet nutty barley on the nose, has good blackish body with modest foam. Flavour is sweet barley with some cardamom in there. Mouthfeel is wet. Not bad, a little muddled, and I got no idea where the pecans went.

Hazy light amber, aroma has a lot of Dupont yeast, with a light currant note. Ok, but it does taste a little sloppy.

Good sweet candy hops on the nose, well balanced. Nice medium gold and tiny foam. Flavour is gooey hops of no distinction, chewy and oily mouthfeel. Not a bad big IPA, drinkable, though lacking complexity.

Cloudy white body with tiny foam, smells softly of unwashed fruit skins and salt. Flavour is wet guava with salt. Okay refreshing mouthfeel. This thing is all over the place.

Soft malt on the nose, red currant only because you told me so. Lighter semi-cloudy orange body and tiny foam. Flavour is banana with vague fruit sweetness. Okay sugary mouthfeel. There is very little to like about this.

Cloudy yellowish orange body and tiny foam, smells exactly like aftershave. Wait... no, yes, that's grampa's brand. The flavour brings out mint, juniper, mango skin. Full but cloying. I always try to understand who a beer might appeal to, and in this case I'm coming up blank.

Leafy and vegetal. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bitter and leafy with a long finish.

mmm...turkey. Has a vague aroma of cranberry but way too vague. There's a nice pink clear body though, but barely any foam. Flavour is soft cranberry, very soft, but no sourness to be seen. Mouthfeel is full enough. This is highly unintrusive, which seems to work for the group next to me who all have glasses of this. But for me I'd actually prefer that the sour side made an appearance.

The aroma is soft barley and maybe some sugar hints - maybe? Has a very black body with almost no head. Flavour is mellow barley with no mention of anything else. Mouthfeel is full enough. This thing is adequate but has no character and I have no idea where the other stuff went they talked about - grand marnier? Hardly.
