Description
THE CABIN STORY
Since we were children, we’ve yearned for our own special place.
A cardboard box fort; a cubby under the stairs; a flashlight under the covers. As we grew up, we slept in tents under trees. We bought campers and took road trips. We rented cabins in faraway places and gathered with friends. We made memories.
The humble cabin represents the ultimate escape. A home away from home. A respite from the stresses of work and the regularity of everyday life. A place to be yourself.
Cabin Brewing Company embodies that feeling. It is a place to make new memories. It is your new special place.
Relax. Take a deep breath. Drink great beer.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange gold with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a large, foamy, long lasting, ecru head that leaves thick, soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, white peach, mango, earthy yeast and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, fluffy, almost creamy texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and easy to drink.

500 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with almost no head. Aromas of chocolate syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, peppers and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with chili peppers more obvious and with a bit of a burn. Possibly some cognac but masked by the chocolate and peppers. Still, very tasty and very good.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose has plenty of cinnamon, cocoa, and peppers, with some spicy rye whiskey barrels in the background. Flavour is surprisingly smooth, with gentle peppers melding well with the cinnamon and cocoa, with just enough gentle barrel. Cohesive, not harsh at all, finishing on the cinnamon and cocoa. Excellent.

473mL can, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is on point, with plenty of bright grassiness and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with bright grassiness, crisp biscuit malt, and a touch of lingering bitterness. Clean and well-made. Good.
