473ml can. Pours an opaque dark brown with amber edges and a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, coffee, earth, dark chocolate, caramel, toffee and vanilla. Sweet flavour of toasted malt, lactose, milk chocolate, cherry, licorice, caramel and vanilla in a sweet, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a sticky, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. A little sweet, but makes a great dessert beer.

88 Brewing Wet Bandits Triple IPA 10.1% Souvenir from a friend who got it in Alberta but enjoyed at Arima Onsen! Clear orange gold with a dense head of foam and rich stone fruit with tropical fruits hop bouquet. Think overripe fruit verging on juicy. Full bodied but that abv is very well hidden! Loads of body and flavor but smooth and balanced, really impressive stuff.

Jet black brown with a nice light brown head. Tons of roast dark coffee. Bitter roast and a silly note. So much coffee it really overwhelms everything else.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, off flavors, so-so. Canned at The Brewer's Apprentice Dec 2021.
