500ml bottle that pours a lightly hazed, golden colour with an amber hue. Very, very vivid carbonation, creating a very big head - some even coming out of the bottle. The head is creamy, very long lasting and leaving thick creamy-soapy lacing. Nicely spiced aromas over maltiness, Belgian yeast. Hints of honey, fruitiness (apples, citrus zest) and wheat. The smooth Belgian notes continue in the taste, just a touch milder. Quite a smooth, Belgian-style beer with lots going on, but all well-blended with spices, apples pears and a zing finish.

Pretty clean golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay, but no lacing. Beautiful aromas of sour citrus, mild saltiness and berries. The mouthfeel is a little puckering with the sourness, drying in the end. Light tart is left on the tongue. The junipers blend well with the lemons, and the ginger is quite faint. A pretty good Gose with more sourness - just wish I could get that ginger spiciness.

13.2% ABV version in a small 35mml can. Clean, dark brown colour with amber highlights. The head is small, fizzing away quickly, light beige and leaving a tiny ring around the brew. Toasty malt, bread notes, some caramel and plums. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, slick with not much syrupy-thick action. Drying enough to make it easy to drink. The alcohol is quite well-hidden. Again, in the flavours - dark fruits, roasted malts, some nuttiness and not too rich. Quite an easy-drinking, stronger Scotch Ale that is well-balanced.
