355 ml can. Pours a bright gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut apples and perfumey oak. Flavors of woody oak, earthy grapes and dried apples. The oak overwhelms and doesn’t improve or complement the base cider.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale gold with minimal white head. Lots of oak and vanilla with cooked sweet apple. This is like if Innis & Gunn made a cider. A bit gimmicky, but tastes good.

Good foam on a cloudy lighter yellow body, reliable visible carbonation. Sweet apple and ginger with a hint of beet to temper it on the nose, working quite well together. Taste is apple and ginger with just a soft beet back end. Keeping the beet as an afterthought helps, and this is well done, but I wonder what they could do with a more beet forward cider.
