Taster shared by my brother at the brewpub. Sour raspberry beer that is clear light pink in color with a tart berry aroma, the taste is wheat and acidic tart berries. Crisp and clean but more of a summer beer to me.

BA Brett beer blended and hopped with Galaxy, Nelson & Citra. Brett and tart wheat aroma and it's a milky light gold color with a big eggshell white head of foam. Dry and tart with tons of Brett and even some barrel character coming through. Great.

Collab with Le Castor it's a sour dry hopped beer. Crystal clear yellow gold with virtually no head. Rye bread and tart sour acidic quality and it has a really interesting toasty malt character.

BA Barleywine aged in cognac barrels for a year. Big sugarplum and barrel aroma on an opaque orange-red body. Very malty, surprisingly light bodied with toasty biscuit and fruitcake like notes, some booze but slight. It drinks fairly lightly for a BA beer. Tasty.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light funk and complexity. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart notes, corky, ground cherries, resinous hop, light Brett dryness, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.
