Cask at the brepub. Great piney hoppy nose, wicked chewy malts. Bready, cereal, caramel malts, mingling with the great west coast pine, and hints of citrus. Lots going on here, and on cask, this was a real treat.

Good amoint of grassy hops, touches of spice, corriander maybe. Good cereal maltiness, with a big of fruity sweetness. Soft candi sugar, and some tropical fruit. Dry finish, a touch boozy.

On tap at the brewpub. Murky orangeish pour, small pinkish head. Delicate aroma of raspberry, a touch of funk and some yeast. The mouthfeel is a little sour, a good dose of fruit. Nice medium dry finish, with a touch of sweetness. Very refreshing.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy dark brown pour, small off white head. Aroma of burnt sugar, sweet malt, cereal, toffee, vanilla and bourbon, and some booze. Intense warmng from the alcohol, thick chewy mouthfeel, more toffee, and even a slight coffee in the lingering chewy finish. The bourbon is getting more subtle near the end, and some more vanilla shines through. Nice balance between the barrel and the malts.

This time, this saison with brett really worked! i’m getting some great funkiness here! some slight barnyard flavors with some leather, and wet grass. Interesting stuff. The subtle saison citrus notes come though in the finish, a refreshing beer!

Quite an upfront hoppy aroma with some light citrucy spice. Light corriander, with some light exotic fruit. Lively carb, refreshing, and a bright mouthfeel.

On Tap at the brewpub. Dark brown pour with a very small beige head. Aroma of brown sugar, dark fruits (figs, and plums, touches of apple).
Flavor is quite bready, with some nice chewy malts, and quite a bit of brown sugar, finished with some more of the fruit. Slight astringent finish with some some slight metallic flavors.

Quite a bit of citrus in this one! Lots of orange, lemon, and some spices.
Flavor is quite forward with some corriander, and more of the distinct citrus. There are touches of oak, but not much. Pretty much just a citrucy saison.

Tap Brewpub.
Light peppery nose, light citrus, with some very light funk. Flavor is dominated by the citrus, and light pepperiness of the saison, and honestly the brett is tough to find. A nice saison, but in my opinion the brett didnt do much.
