A deep dark stout with a thin creamy moka head. In aroma, good espresso coffee, pungeant and nutty, very nice. In mouth, a good bitter chocolate taste with smooth British hops, very herbal, nutty, classy, very good. Medium bodied. On tap at the brewpub, Dec. 26 2009.

A hazed golden ale with athin white head. Ina roma, rather grainy malt, like a rye ale. In mouth, a very grainy malt, with light oily mouthfeel, light fruity notes, medium bodied, nothing special. On tap at the brewpub, Dec. 26 2009.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin creamy off white head. In aroma, pleasant British hops, with caramel notes, orange pulp, very classy. In mouth, a good malt base with nice pinhey hops, grapefruit notes, pleasant and classy ESB. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 5 2009.

A deep dark porter with a thick dark moka head. A pleasant aroma of cherry blossom chocolate, and light acidic points. In mouth, a lightly acidic cherry overlayed with bitter chocolates, almost veering on a kriek with chocolates, lighter bodied but good. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 5 2009.

A lightly hazed golden IPA with a thin white head. In aroma, a sweet orange pulp, lemongrass, floral hops, very smooth and pleasing. In mouth, a good IPA with resinous pinhey hops, a bit of honey, but not enough malts to sustain the hops. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 20 2009.

A pink grapefruit juice like ale with a thick receeding white head. In aroma, lightly earthy and musty dirty beet, light acidic points. In mouth, crisp malt, malt over dirty earthy beets, musty, a bit of acidity. Not my thing, but seemed to be still popular with the crowd that night. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 20 2009.

A hazed amber ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity esters, sweet and smooth, light coriander, very Belgian. In mouth, a smooth Belgian ale, with crisp malt, esters, light coriander, yeast overtones, smooth and enjoyable. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 20 2009.

A lightly hazed blonde with a thin white head. A lightly sweet malt aroma with light ginger notes. In mouth, a lightly sweet and oily ale, cereals, a bit of corn, rather cloying. On tap at brewpub Oct. 31 2009.

A lightly hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. Aroma of bananas, allspice, cinnamon bread, citrus, cloves. In mouth, a classy and funky wit with bananas, mint, intense cloves, a bit of chcik pea and basmati rice. Light to medium bodied. On tap at brewpub August 3 2009.

A hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head. A pleasant and fragrant spiced malt aroma, light citrus, perfumey. In mouth, a nice herbaceous and hoppy ale, with a bit of incense notes. Nice and refreshing. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub August 3 2009.
