Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy golden colour with generous head; the bottle is a slow gusher. Aroma of berries and vanilla, wood, light scrotum, funk. Highly carbonated, dry mouthfeel, some clash of flavours between fruit and bretty character, with some vegetable bitterness.
Not bad, but unclean.

Bottle: Poured a clear pale reddish color ale with a light off-white foamy head with minimal retention and not much lacing. Aroma of vinous notes with some oak and cherry notes. Taste is also dominated by vinous notes with some oak and tart cherry notes with light acidic flavours. Body is thinner then I was expecting with some medium carbonation. Below standard for a style that is not easy to master. A little bit too thin overall which limits the complexity.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown color ale with a dirty brown foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with some candi sugar with some subtle Brett notes with nice whisky notes also perceptible. Taste is also a good mix of caramelized malt with some candi sugar notes, some Brett notes with oak and whisky notes with some light Brett notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. I wasn’t sure Brett were going to be a good mix in this beer but it did end up working quite well.

Hazy amber-tan. Thin head. Vinous, barrelly nose with maybe peachy notes. This has a mild barrel, it's yeasty but balanced. Fresh tree fruit - peaches and pears. Bright fruits. This is complex and delicious. Might be a little sweet for me, but I can totally get into this. Just excellent stuff. I love the way the vinous sweetness and tannic barrels come together in the finish, but there's always a sturdy beer character underneath.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy murky orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, with a bit of vinous character, quite complex. Flavour follows through, with a wonderful saison yeast character upfront, with light vinous character, and some funk. Complex and wonderfully structured. This is really excellent.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with light hay and peppery yeast notes is quite enticing. Taste is nice mix of rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes and light hay and herbal notes. Body is full with great carbonation. Classic saison with nice attenuation and good amount of complexity.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy floral hops notes with light herbal notes is pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy floral hops notes with some light bitterness, some residuals sugar notes with some herbal notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but missing a bit of hops punch to truly match the best in style.

Tasting at Fiery's Tasting Room
Opaque dark amber colour. Lots of banana and fudge/caramel in the aroma. Strong body, sweet, but also highly carbonated, strong banana and caramel notes, it tastes like some amusement park treat; burning final, boozy.
Very messy.
