A hazed dark amber ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light resinous hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous hops, light hibiscus, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2023.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light Brett, light lactic notes, very. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett and grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Festival des Bières de Laval 2023.

500ml bottle found at an IGA, pouring a golden colour, lightly unfiltered with transparent particles running through it. The white head lasts a decent time, light traces of foamy lacing and a thin coating stays on the brew. Earthy nose, Bretty with sourness. The taste shows the same, but the sourness shines with puckering action. Not too much though, but quite nice. Hints of pear and apples in this one. A decent Brett-sour, earthy brew that goes down easily.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits et grassy hops, grapeskins, light cork, light buttery notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. Can at brewery.

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes, light herbal hops with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager with good drinkability.
