Keg at Harricana, Montreal. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Funky brett aroma. Dryish with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Brett with hay and some bread. Mid bitter finish. Laid back.

Bottled at Harricana, Montreal. Cloudy pale golden, small head. Tart vinous nose with mild coriander. Slender and crisp. Spicy withginger, roses and coriander. Low bitterness. Refreshing and elegant.

A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, light vanilla extract, grassy hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light vanilla, pleasant and smooth. On tap at La Cuvée d’hiver, 2017.

Keg at L’Autre Oeil, Aylmer. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Funky perry with mild unusual floral spices. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. A strange but interesting and pleasant mixture of bretted perry and saison. Low bitterness.

A hazed dark amber ipa with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, a nice mix of Brett and biscuit malt overlayed with resinous citrusy floral hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with light Brett, light coffee grind, musty character, resinous hops, very nice and smooth. On tap at Boswell.

2015 version. A deep dark stout with a thick frothy collapsing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light caramel, Brett, light lactic notes, light grassy hops, light cork, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light leather, Brett, light lactic notes, light coffee grind, musty character, alcohol warmth, superb mix.
