On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours an opaque cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral hopping upfront, with rotting apples, and apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with rotting apple cores, floral hops and gentle acidity. Way too much rotting apple core. Unpleasant.

On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out very subtle watermelon, and even subtler mint. Flavour is much more robust, with watermelon and mint upfront, followed by gentle acidity on the finish. Nice melding of flavours. Decent.

On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out light cherries, with a touch of vanilla. Flavour is along the same lines, with cherries and vanilla in good balance, with just a touch of acidity and very low residual sweetness. Solidly constructed and easy to drink. Nice stuff.
