On tap at Varietal, pours black with an amber tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium roast, some woody notes, and plenty of earthy hops. Flavour has a nice medium roasted malt character, with an English toffee malt tinge, and light woody hops. Nicely balanced, with a nice toasty malty finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Varietal, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank in the hop department, with plenty of pot, light grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dank and marijuana-like, with some grassy herbaceousness on the finish. Very dank and herbaceous finish. A bit harsh in hop expression but not bad.

Draft pour at Varietal. Clean and crisp golden appearance. Thin head. Aggressive hop profile. Hop oil. Dank hops with a straw like grain lingering. Coating hop oil mouthfeel. Harsh and aggressive. I still can't quite figure out cold IPA, but I thought these guys would have the key.

Draft pour enjoyed at Varietal. Clean and bright golden pour. Fading head. A lot of grassy hops on this. Pencil grains. Earthy, and lots of bold malt. Flavorful balance. Big on both for such a mild abv west coast. Pretty good as an overall.

Draft pour enjoyed at Varietal. Dark cola appearance. Delicious stout that requires no adjuncts to make it great. Bold cocoa notes, toffee, some mocha. Gentle hop bitter for balance. Bold and flavorful linger. Excellent.

Draft pour enjoyed at Varietal. First visit! Clean and bright golden pour, thin fading head. Lots of floral and Belgian yeast on the nose. Minty cool flavor up front, crisp taste. Spicy notes are battled by the floral character. Interesting, and unique brew here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews. Really juicy imperial here with lots of stinging citrus notes. Stone fruit compliment. Cool constant, easy drinking imperial. Crisp juice front, but really has a nice cream like follow. Oats for sure. Really refreshing big IPA here. Fun series.

16 oz can poured, best by 8/2023, listed at 7.4% abv. Slightly cloudy golden pour, patchy head that slowly fades. Smooth strong lager with gentle bready notes. Kick up front, but other than that, this drinks nicely. Cool, soft floral character to pair. Clean finish with lingering straw grains and a grassy background. Expected a much heavier beer out of this, and was oleantly surprised with how easily this went down, and how well it paired with the warm weather. Solid collab. See you guys this weekend!
